Q1 Why are there water droplets inside my cooler box?
A: A small amount of condensed water in the fridge is normally, but the sealing of our products is better than the other factories. To remove extra moisture, dry the inside with a soft cloth twice a week or place a desiccant pack inside the fridge to help minimize moisture.

Q2 Why is my fridge not cold enough? Can my fridge be frozen?
A: The temperature of the fridge is determined by the temperature surrounding the outside of the fridge (it cools at approximately 16-20 degrees lower than outside temperature).
Our fridge can’t be frozen as it is semiconductor, inside temperature can’t be zero.

Q3 Does your product can be used for home and car?
A: Yes, Our products can be used for home and car. Some customers only need DC. We can also do it at a lower price.
