New CBP2 Series: Five Cooler Boxes, One Platform — 14L to 40L

Cooler boxes usually force a choice: small enough to carry, or big enough to be useful. The new CBP2 series removes that trade-off by scaling one proven thermoelectric platform across five capacities — 14L, 20L, 25L, 30L and 40L — so buyers can stock a complete size ladder instead of a single SKU.

Every model in the series works the same way: plug into a 12V socket in the car — or to mains power on the 25L, 30L and 40L versions — and the unit will either chill or warm its contents, depending on the mode you select.

One platform, five capacities

The CBP2 family shares a single design language — the same clean body styling, lid and control layout across every capacity. What changes is the interior volume and the feature set.

CBP2-14L-A and CBP2-20L-A are the compact pair. Both run on DC 12V only and share the same 342 mm width and 448 mm height, with the extra six litres of the 20L coming entirely from depth — 293 mm against 233 mm. They are the models for day trips, commuting, delivery drivers and small-format retail.

CBP2-25L-A is the mid-size model. It steps up to dual power — 12V for the road, AC 100–120V or 220–240V for the hotel room or the kitchen counter — and offers a bottle opener and a carry strap as options.

CBP2-30L-C is the tall, narrow build: 502 mm high on a 388 × 218 mm base, which makes it the easiest of the five to stand upright in a packed boot or behind a seat. It carries EU energy class D and pairs DC 12V with the same AC option.

CBP2-40L-B is the family flagship. It adds a pull handle, wheels and a bottom drainage hole, so a full 40 litres can be moved by one person without lifting.

Cool in summer, warm in winter

Because the cooling element is thermoelectric rather than compressor-driven, each CBP2 unit is a heater as well as a fridge. Cooling performance is rated at 16–20°C below ambient depending on model; heating runs to 50–60°C, held by thermostat. That dual function is what turns one product into a year-round line item — cold drinks and fresh food in July, warm meals and hot towels in December.

All models use high-density PU foam insulation and consume 48W ±10%.

Where they sell

The five sizes cover the channels cooler boxes actually move through:

l Outdoor and camping retail — 14L and 20L as entry price points, 30L and 40L for families and overlanding

l Automotive and truck accessories — 12V-only models suit cab use, where mains power is unavailable

l Hospitality — 25L for guest rooms, staff areas and small kitchens

l Range planning — a single platform keeps manuals, packaging design and spare-part lists consistent across a whole line

l E-commerce — one carton per unit and uniform carton sizes keep freight costing simple

Ordering

All five models are available at a MOQ of 500 pcs per model, FOB Ningbo, with lead time of 40–50 days after deposit. Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the B/L. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
