Q1 Why are there water droplets inside my mini fridge?
A: A small amount of condensed water in the fridge is normally, but the sealing of our products is better than the other factories. To remove extra moisture, dry the inside with a soft cloth twice a week or place a desiccant pack inside the fridge to help minimize moisture.

Q2 Why is my fridge not cold enough? Can my fridge be frozen?
A: The temperature of the fridge is determined by the temperature surrounding the outside of the fridge (it cools at approximately 16-20 degrees lower than outside temperature).
Our fridge can’t be frozen as it is semiconductor, inside temperature can’t be zero.

Q3 Are you Factory/Manufacturer or Trading Company?
A: We are professional factory of mini fridge, cooler box, compressor fridge with over 10 years’ experience.

Q4 How about the production time?
A: Our lead time is around 35-45 days after receiving deposit.

Q5 How about the payment?
A: 30%T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of BL loading, or L/C at sight.

A: Our products have better material quality. We can guarantee the customer for 2 years. If the products has quality problems, we can provide free parts for them to replace and repair by themselves.
